Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. It is very quiet here at work, but I managed to push things off until this week in order to keep myself sane.

So I will be auditing. YAY!!!! Actually they ahve me working on verifying corrective actions and doing root cause analysis. May sound incredibly boring to you, but actually it's kinda fun. I love the feeling of accomplishing a project. It is very fulfilling. Now, if I can just put that energy into my sewing. It is also very frustrating to have outstanding projects, which I have plenty.

We had a good holiday. Mom was in town for a few days, which for a flight attendant is unheard of. It was a fun time. Beautiful Christmas dinner thanks to the hands of Greg.

We also have New Years to look forward to. We will be spending it with Mom (who has a layover near the inner harbor) and our neighbors...who rock and happen to have a 5 year old girl who gets along great with Brandon. So we have a dinner reservation planned, hotels booked..everyone all in the same place. So getting gussied up, dinner, drinks, fireworks...sounds like a blast.

My neighbor is actually looking forward to it more then I am. She is so excited to have me "transform her". She doesn't wear make up or styles her hair, so she is excited to be girlie for a night.

Also, did I mention her husband is a Balt County cop and is scared to death of how I am going to make her look. Fun for everyone.

I am just excited about having a size zero Barbie doll and a Baltimore County cop for neighbors.
